At the SWONT Second Quarter Conference in Windsor this weekend our club and members were recognized in several ways. For the Optimist year (October through September) 2023-24 under Past President Tony Puzara we earned the Honour Club designation. Our longstanding and indispensable Secretary Linda Attard and Treasurer Derek Scott were recognized for their invaluable service to our club. We are also thrilled to be designated a Friend of the Canadian Children’s Optimist Foundation. We work hard and have fun bringing our best to the youth in our community. Great turn out for Saturday’s meat draw despite the wintry weather! Everyone had a lot of fun! Thanks for supporting our club Grog's Pub and Grill . We had a great turnout for our February meeting. As usual the food was great and the fellowship even better. We were happy to have two guests, Dee and Sandy, there and we think they loved what they saw - two new members coming our way!
