It may have been a wet and chilly weekend, but we were warm and dry! It was wonderful to welcome so many visitors for our 'Shades of Autumn' Tea Room and Vendors Sale. We had a great variety of vendors and our volunteers served up delicious soups, sandwiches, chili and desserts as the happy shoppers were glad to take a break for a bite to eat and a warm drink! Kudos to our event chair Linda Attard and all of the many Optimist volunteers who helped make this annual event a success - from food donations, cooking, baking, set up, serving, and clean up there was a lot of work behind the scenes. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our club!

We were happy to have Melissa Cowell of 'Sunstone Souvenirs' as one of our vendors this year, and as a bonus she brought her husband Dan along. He pulled out his guitar and serenaded us all afternoon! You may have hired Dan to move you as he's the guy behind 'Total Moving'. Thanks so much Dan we really enjoyed having you here - such a great surprise!
