Seikido is a martial art that translates to "the force that enlivens the universe". It teaches the most practical and scientificallysound principals of many older self defence arts such as TaeKwon Do and Aikido.
This class, taught by Master Instructor Zeke Petkovic, will cover effective self-defence strategies and techniques for the beginner.

Bring a partner or bring a friend and learn some new dance moves (or review from the spring session she taught for us in 2023 and increase your skills). Two dances will be highlighted each night, after a review of the previous week. The class will be taught by Diana Cambridge a trained ballroom dance instructor who previously taught at the Fred Astaire Studio in London and Ottawa, the Sarnia Family YMCA, and the South Huron Arts Centre in Exeter.
