Back by popular demand - and requiring two sessions to accommodate those interested - Dawn was back with another painting! Click on the image below to see more.  A lovely afternoon on March Break with so many budding young artists. What great St. Patrick’s Day fun at the Optimist paint event for kids! Thanks Dawn Greco for leading these young artists - the wonderful results speak for themselves. These kids are going to have good luck as they’ve perfectly ‘captured’ their leprechauns! Click on the image below to see all of the fun:  We are doing some renovations of our hall with the help of a grant and the municipality. Kudos to these intrepid volunteers who have done a lot of the work themselves! We had to say good-bye to our 'handprint wall' but made sure to record it for posterity. New storage, paint, and (soon to come) flooring and lighting are really updating this space and we're excited to once again put it to good use in our community! We're also doing a lot of work cleaning and reorganizing some of our existing storage areas which will now be so much easier to access. We're not finished yet but you can see the great progress if you click on the images below! |
