Summer break is here!

We enjoyed our last dinner meeting before breaking for the summer. Our next general meeting will be the first Tuesday in September. As per tradition, members enjoyed a delicious steak or chicken dinner - grilled to perfection! Thanks to our master grillers Paul and Jim!

We were pleased to welcome a special guest - Cindy Henry, Charter President of the newly formed CKSPFN Optimists. A gift basket donated by the Huxley family was raffled off, with the proceeds being donated to the Canadian Children's Optimist Foundation in CKSPFN's name as the new club's first official donation.

It was also special to have APF's Charter President attend this dinner meeting! Len Belton and his wife Pearl made it in from Sarnia to offer congratulations on the wonderful growth and accomplishments achieved, and also to heckle Ron Huxley mercilessly about his golf skills.
